Applying for a job
To give you an idea of how we handle a job application we have made a description of the recruitment process - from receiving the application to when the final decision is made.
Receiving the application
You will get a receipt when we have received your application. Therefore, as an applicant, you always know that we have received your application.
Depending on the individual process there may pass a couple of weeks before you hear from us again. When we contact you, we will either invite you to a personal interview or reject your application. In case of a rejection, we will let you know the reason why your application is currently not interesting for us.
If we invite you to a personal interview, we will inform you about the job, time and place. Additionally, we will inform you about the recruitment process, and with whom you will be consulting.
If you qualify for to the second interview, we will ask you to complete a test with a business-psychological perspective. The test will be available online and has to be completed prior to the interview (see more under “The interview”.)
A typical recruitment process has the following steps:
The first interview is a conversation between you and the Head of Department or an executive (duration approximately one hour). If the Head of Department regards you as qualified for the position, you will be invited to a second interview.
Prior to the second interview you will be asked to complete a personality test. The test is available online and has to be completed prior to the interview.
When you arrive at Bankdata for your second interview you will be handed a skill test, which has to be completed (duration approximately 15 min.).
Besides yourself and the Head of Department, an HR consultant will be present at the interview. You will be provided feedback on both the skill- and personality test during the interview (duration approximately one hour).
After the interview
You will usually be notified on the outcome of your interview within a week. If we choose another candidate, you will receive a rejection within one or two weeks.
In case of a rejection, we will shortly describe the parameters valued in the selection. Your appendixes will be removed from our e-recruitment system within a month.
If we choose you for the position, you will receive a call from an HR consultant or a Head of Interviews. Thereafter, we will send you an employment contract.
