Bankdata builds digital products, platforms and infrastructure for a number of Danish banks, who jointly own the company. Therefore, the owners are interested in Bankdata's revenue increasing as little as possible and that the result is always around zero kroner.

Bankdata is owned by eight Danish banks; Jyske Bank, Sydbank, Ringkjøbing Landbobank, SJF Bank, Skjern Bank, Djurslands Bank, Nordfyns Bank and Kreditbanken.
